About Us

Orient Allways, formerly known as Orient Transport has a history of over a century. The founders were prominent exporters of oilseed. As the company grew in size, it decided to embark on forward integration and ventured into freight forwarding. Prior 1949, the founders had tied up with Britain-based Aspinwall to establish Aspinwall Lukhmidass & Co., a firm engaged in freight brokerage.

Customs Brokerage

The firm has rich repository of knowledge in the field of customs brokerage with a dedicated team of professionals. Time-bound services in a complaint manner are the hallmarks of its service. The core team has an average tenure of over 21 years in Orient, and is very adept at handling large volume customers. With one of the oldest license (11/93), it is widely respected in the Customs Brokerage fraternity. The present operations cover Nhava Sheva, ICD Tumbh, Mundra & Hazira. Orient Allways plans to extend its operations to key ports pan-India.

Domestic Transport

The firm offers FTL & LTL transport to its clientele through a wide panel of experienced vendors and a fleet of over 250 exclusively contracted vehicles. The vendor selection is subject to rigorous screening for compliance on key compliance measures like Crew Experience, Road Safety Record, GPS tracking, Periodic training, HSSE norms. Periodic audits are conducted to ensure that only the best equipments are deployed.

Overseas Trucking

The Firm has tie-ups in North & South America to cater to last mile delivery & customs brokerage for its clientele. The selection criteria lays stress on wider coverage of the market, track record and compliance to safety standards.

Ocean Freight

Being a renowned brokerage firm, it is well structured to handle large volume import & export customers on a pan-India basis. Orient Allways has started expanding its foot prints beyond the ports of Western India and now its service offerings extend to Chennai, Tuticorin & Delhi – NCR.
